Cancellation policy:

Cancellations must be sent to Europa Organisation by email to insc-phlebologie@europa-organisation.com and are subject to the following conditions:

  • Cancellations received up to and including 1 October 2024: partial refund (less €50 handling fee)
  • Cancellations received on or after 2 October 2024: no refund
