(1) Votre inscription sera soumise à validation de la mise à jour de votre adhésion par la SFP
(2) Tarif 1 Jour exclusivement, ne donne pas accès à l'autre jour du Congrès
(3) Sur présentation obligatoire d'un justificatif le Jour J sous peine d’application de tarifs participant.
(4) Adhésion à la SFP : Tarif normal : 100 € par an - Tarif étudiants : 50 € par an sur https://www.sf-phlebologie.org/inscription/
